First I was getting just a root touch up and that ended up costing me $100.00. The stylist refused to take the JCP coupon that I recieved via computer stating "he does not take coupons" when they had salon coupon clearly writen for him to see. Then I went back 1 1/2 weeks later bc I had spots of grat that he either missed or the color did not take. He told me that was new growth and could do nothing about it. My hair does not grow out in a week and a half just in certain spots. I am very disappointed in the service and will NEVER go back to a JC Penney Salon again. I will not be treated like im some nut that does not understand how hair grows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
