They would call my job and leave me messages, as well as on my cell phone, i did'nt like that they were calling my job , and i felt they were a little aggressive but it taught me that these folks are serious about their money . I never missed a payment , or came up short, so they never had beef with me. I would go in personally and pay them , so they could get to know me , as well as me get to know them. Bottom line is just don't miss any payments ,and your coo. My truck is paid off ahead of time , and it feels good , just don't miss any payments. I would go back to them if i had to. Your serious about your money , so why should'nt they, thats what i learned.
